Sorry for not being able to post this before as I haven't had access to the internet (We are in the process of moving back home, and they haven't got the phone lines established there yet)...

Pixie went in today for her left knee surgery (luxating patella - grade 3). She had her right one done in April (grade 4) and made a miraculous recovery - we're praying for the same today.

I called to check on her a few minutes ago - her blood work came back normal and she was handling the anesthesia well - and they were about 1/2 done with her. I will be picking her up this afternoon - if she's doing well, she comes home; if she's having problems, she transfers to the hospital.

If ya'll could join in our prayers for the rest of the surgery to go well and her recovery to be as pain-free as possible.
