Not to scare you, but the standing is something that concerns me. At times this can be the beginnings of eclampsia. You may want to have her vet checked.

Start giving your puppies Gruel - Gerber rice cereal, Just Born or Esbilac and Karo Syrup to help supplement.

Remember her milk only comes in every 2 hours or their baby teeth may be coming in and she's feeling uncomfortable.
