You can get it at a "tac n tog" shop where you get horse supplies.
One little dab the size of a pea, will take mats out, very easily. I use a wire like comb, and start at the bottom and comb up to the top where the mats are.

Cowboy Magic is GREAT! I used it on my horse and my doggies!
I would take it very easy on the new baby though! It may be better to have her shaved down and grow back a new coat.
