Let Mark be "the keeper of all good things". Mark should feed him, give him treats, give him new toys, play with him, take him out, etc. Whatever Bobby finds rewarding, Mark should be in control of.

By the same token, Mark should NOT be the one to do things that Bobby finds aversive. A big one would probably be coming in between Bobby and you or taking Bobby away from you.

I feel pretty confident that you can turn this around.
