I've never heard of it either. btw, as far as scrunchies go, they dont work for maggie either. But I do have these tiny tiny bows on the tiny clasp that someone told me about here at yt from ebay. A lady on their sells them, seems she got the idea for them for her babys hair when it was so thin, and they are very small and all of mine are so pretty. I got like 15 from her a while back and they stay in maggies hair better than any shes had but I've only let her wear one all day once to see if it stayed in and it did most of the day. other than that , shes just going without . I never put a harness on her anymore except to go to the vet and back. she is a pretty free little girl and now , not even bows. i've learned my lesson the hard way.
