I hope no one reports me to the Indiana authorities for this, but my dogs haven't had their shots this year. They are ages 2 and 3. Otis is liver compromised so there's no question of him not getting them, but I do not want to chance anything with Oliver. They are never in the yard unsupervised and Oliver received his shot last year. I've heard they can last up to 3 years and a lot of vets do not immunize yearly. I'm still on the fence, but at this point, I'm leaning more toward every 3 years for Oliver. Otis, no shots, ever again, because of his liver.
