I can relate to this. I worked for the government for 25 years. I was told once that I didn't know how to play the game. I responded by telling my supervisor that "Nope, don't play and don't want to learn, but I can sleep at night". Didn't get my annual raise, so I retired. Good to Vent or Retire.
