We are having the same kind of problem with Banjo. Who is 9 months and neutered. Trained to pee and poop outside. Used to be no problem. But now if we dont play with him when he wants or if we are out of the room, he poops and pees in the house. The little bugger. I am getting tired of it though. Yesterday he pooped on the stairs and in the hall and peeded. I put him on the deck for half and hour and then let him in the house and ignored him for another half hour. I put him outside again and he peed. Then I gave him lots of praise. As yet he hasnt done it in the house again. So now everytime the goes potty outside I give him lots and lots of praise.
I think they get to a certain age and are just testing us
