Not usually here. But we have a farm about 15 min away and people are always setting out dogs and probably cats too. And at my dads house they set out dogs too. I found 2 puppies there 13 years ago and I took one home to my mom and my aunt took the other one. My mom did not want a dog (but I knew she needed one...
) so I just put it on her porch and walked in and said, "hey mom I didn't know you got a dog". They named her Purdy and she is still there....
