Yes, please please keep your appointment. It could be so many things and it won't go away by itself! Better safe than sorry!!!
The cat scan is fine but they shouldn't do a spinal tap unless its a last resort. Also ask them to screen for toxins if the ER didn't do it. She could have gotten into something. Also ask them to rule out kidney and liver problems which would cause these same symptoms.
So glad to hear she is doing better.
