Here's something you can do in the meantime.
Send her your request, along with another copy of the vet's report showing you had her spayed along with a polite DEMAND for your registration papers, and let her know you're giving her 30 days to comply. Send it CERTIFIED mail with a return receipt, and cc the District Attorney for the county in which she resides. Send the District Attorney a copy of the same information that you sent to her. |
