i personally do not have xrays taken. i think it is good to know how many puppies to expect but the xray can miss puppies as well even while being done earlier so either way, you really don't know.

from what i have read and been told from my mentor and the experienced (more experienced than me since i have only been doing this for 3 + years) breeders (20 yrs +) that if you have the xrays too early, it can harm the fetus. best to make sure you do it as close as the delivery date as possible.
