Thank you. I cleaned it and he just licked it once and went to sleep, now he is knocked out like a little baby on my bed. I think since it was so tight he had already peed but the pee was stuck inside and when i removed the band it poured out from the pressure. It looks normal now but i will keep checking just in case.
