Did you see the ad for the shih tzu pup. It's feet and tail were filthy. She should not be breeding these dogs. I don't understand how people can conduct themselves this way and then in the same breath claim to "Love their dogs like babies". It's sad and disheartening. I feel bad for all of her dogs. Anyone in Texarkana that can have the authorities look into it. Maybe pay her a visit and see if it's legit?
