You made a very hard decision but it was the best one for Cody. I've been there. I truly know what your feeling. I cried myself to sleep that night and kept saying "I'm sorry Gigi, I'm sorry Gigi".
But my sister told me the same thing Yorkiemalt said. If Cody could talk, he would have said, Thank You for taking away my pain.
You still have 12 years worth of memories of your dear Cody. Hang onto them, they will eventually bring you comfort.
