oh how cute is she!!! Layla will NOT pee in the rain.. she has a raincoat and everything.. she pees on the front step. I feel like we are the opposite of Texas.. we have not had rain in forever, our grass is now brown and dead... it's just horrible. . if you don't mind could you send some our way
