Your baby could have crystals or stones...If he is bleeding out of his penis and is swollen, this is a very real possibility. You might want to ask your vet for an ultrasound. Some stones can only be seen on ultrasound, so even if your vet doesn't see stones on an x-ray does not mean that there aren't any...
