I took Molly in and told the vet it sounded like she had a hairball. She had a temp, and he told me that she probably had some drainage and was gagging on that. So I guess she just had a little cold. He gave us some white drops to take twice a day for 14 days. She stopped the hacking in 2 or 3 days, but we kept up the meds for the full 14.
