I don't know what to say about the poor poodle. Do you still have the case # for the first dog? I wonder if you can call ASPCA, note the case # and tell them about this dog being left in the heat.
Of course, there is always the off chance that the dog could accidentally drop into your arms..... |
Me too. That white dog obsessed me till I got the call that he was surrendered and being treated - I kept in Touch with Ernie who was on the show "Houston Animal Cops" and I can't tell you how awesome he was. He took all my calls - and then sent me a card a month later telling me the dog was adopted with a thank you. They said too many times they get there too late or the dog is unsavable and that's what I was worried about.
The little Poodle they had out there for almost 3 day so FAR has been inside. I can't see into their yard but I have very good ears and haven't heard any crying since I went over there. I hate to be 'the nosy neighbor' but holy cow - after the way they treated their other dog I was scared for this ones life...I keep his picture in computer to remind myself that there are thousands more out there just like him and THAT is unacceptable !
