I did start out Jaxon with clothes right when I got him. He was 4 1/2 months old & it was Oct. - he only weighed 2lbs & He got cold and never really complained about them...same thing for the pony & bows. He knows if he wants to go bye-bye, I say he needs to get a pony in and he runs to my room and jumps up on the bed to get his hair done!!! I would suggest you keep putting them on them and even p.j.'s to sleep in...they will get use to being warm and Jaxon hates to be cold. I did the same thing with the purses I take him out in-he knows he has to "get in the bag" if he wants to go in stores.....Good Luck! Kay
