You're lucky you don't live in Pittsburgh. There are a ton of bridges (and tunnels) here. They're not really big/long ones but you can easily be sitting on one while stuck in traffic.

There are open MRIs these days. I've had to go for a few for my back so I was completely in the 'tube' but the most recent one was open and I didn't realize that it was going to be until I was lying there and able to see the ceiling above me.
I'm afraid of, well I wouldn't actually say
afraid but I get light headed and anxious when giving blood, getting shots, etc. When I had LASIK surgery a few years ago, I took a valium to take the edge off so I wouldn't pass out during the procedure
