blah i dont know lol that is what it said on the show where the animal control go and take the pets being mistreated and this guy had a whole bunch of cats and they said they had to wear thick gloves getting them into the box because soemthing about their bites are toxic



maybe this is what they were talking about let me look it up

Microbiology:

Wounds are ususally polymicrobial. Pasteurella multicoda is a gram negative aerobe found in more than 50% of cat bite wounds. It typically causes a cellulitis which develops in less than 24 hours and may cause fever and purulent discharge




i know that i had a cat one time that was bit by a male cat (she was in heat) and the hole started out as a little hole like a tooth mark and it spread open super fast.
