Hi everyone;
I am getting my new pup on 4 weeks, his father Shaq has been with us since he was 10 weeks old, he is now 2 1/2 years old. we live in a town house, and when we got shaq i use to put the wee pads upstairs not too far from his bad, and down stairs in the powder room, and he trained real fast to go on the pads, when he got all his shuts i started walking with him 4 times a day, and eventually we installed a doogi door to the small patio we have. my problem is that shaq does not know how to ask to go out for a walk, probably because he has his doggi door to the patio and he goes there when ever he wants to, but when we go to people houses he pees all over, how do i train the new pup to ask to go out? did i confuse shaq?
