 O/T Hallelujah!!
After 22 months of mooching off of us my son and dil have found a place to move! And beyond that it's a rent to own (owner financed) trailer on it's own land! It's a small trailer but it's got 2 bedrooms and it's pretty clean. The old owner has been doing some work on it so it is livable. For a down pmt they agreed to paint the outside and do some finishing work on the inside. They don't have any furniture and I am on the verge of telling them "Take what you want." as long as they get out and hurry. After having 7 kids in a very small 3 bedroom house and all the damage the kids have done, and they have not offered to pay one cent on the damage their kids have done, I am going to get new stuff as soon as we can afford it. The rug in the living room is ruined, I'm going to roll it up take it outside and burn it and then put linoleum down. Much easier to clean and if my puppies poop or pee, SNAP! it's clean. I can't hardly wait!!!!!!!!!!! |
