Most common reason for a dog to get laryngitis is kennel cough...any chance of that? But I would think they could catch a virus similar to humans too. Just try not to bark too much...drink plenty of water to keep your throat moist and call your vet in the morning...I'm sorry, I don't really know the answer to this...but now I'm curious too...
