It wasn't your fault that's for sure...and that poor dog...from what you posted it sounds like he was out free alot ? I just don't understand WHY people do that.
and AMMARI - I totally agree with you. I would be upset even if this wasn't the same neighbor that was so horrible with their 1st dog...No dog should be left alone crying for long periods of time - when they hear them cry BRING THEM INSIDE !
