I just got a yorkie, she is 9months old and is my 2nd yorkie, my 1st was a year old when I got her and she knew how to use pee pads. My new dog Crickett, is clueless on pee pads, she sleeps on them. She does go outside but hates grass. As sson as she comes in 10 minutes later she goes on the floor in the house or the office. I take her with me everywhere and she travels in a bag and will not go in her bag. I need a better system, to be consistent. I live in a high rise so it is not that easy to let her out a door. I have to carry her down to an elevator. She came from a breeder, and she was one of 8 of the breeders dogs but she lived out in a playpen and is more socialized with dogs than humans. She was used to going on paper some of the time but prefers concrete. Help! Any ideas??
