Hello! Welcome to YT and congratulations on your new doggy This forum is very helpful, you'll love it here (like I do )

I agree with calling her name and giving her a treat when she responds. As for warming up to your other dogs, I haven't had much experience with this because I keep my dog at my parent's house separate from my yorkie that lives with me because Bella (my dog at their house), is dog-aggressive She loves people, but just doesn't take kindly to other pets anymore.
But I did read somewhere that to introduce your new dog to others, take it slow. Let them sniff each other and watch for signs of aggression (low, deep growling, showing of teeth, etc). Maybe you can let them see each other through a gate first. I also read not to pick up any of your other dogs and let them look at the others on the ground that way. Being high above is a sign of dominance and can cause problems. Are any of your other dogs dog-aggressive? If not, then I think introductions would be a lot easier.
