That is exactly what Zoie does. It sounds like a little kid trying to hack up something but doesn't know how to do it right.
The major problem that made Zoie go down hill so fast was that she wasn't getting enough oxygen. Oxygen level should be at 99-100... 90% is bad.. Zoie was at 81-82%... When you hit mid 70's... that means they are knocking on deaths door basically.. so thats why she stayed in the hospital for 3 days, they had to get her to breath in enough oxygen.
I didn't realize how bad pneumonia is.. but it's even worse on puppies.
