I would be concerned that this is not just a phase and if you don't do something it will just get worse. You might try some desensitization. Can you gate off your kitchen or tether your baby in there? Keep her in the kitchen with you as you unload the dishwasher. Give her treats and play with her. Try and make a game out of it. Maybe stash a toy or two in the dishwasher before you bring her in there, then toss one out at her periodically. Once she is used to that, work on a different noise. Start small and work up. Stash a treat in the freezer just before you open the freezer door. She needs to learn to associate noises with fun things. You might need to find an animal behaviorist to help you.
