At what point are you responsible for doing your own homework?
There have been many many threads on how to find a reputable breeder, MOST of the breeders on here do not fit into all the categories.
It is,
IMO, bad form to discuss any breeder, bad or good on a public forum without having the other side of the story.
You can certainly mention red flags on websites or
serious health issues within a breeding program but I have seen breeders get blasted here by name for selling a dog that later had LP, I always want to ask...did you let the puppy play Superman and jump off everything?
I cannot comment on Staceys breeding program, I know nothing about it but
I would think some would be a little more careful in their public responses, I have seen people sued for less on these dog forums
