I agree - it's not always about how clean/dirty a dog is versus a human child - it's about allergies, phobias, etc. It's not right to subject someone to an allergy attack or panic attack simply b/c you violated 'the rules' and snuck your dog into a place where it wasn't allowed.

Please be considerate of others and don't sneak a dog in. (stepping off my soapbox now)
