Anytime my parent's yorkie, Rylie, would hump things they always tell him No. Even though he and Lacy are both fixed, he still tries to hump her sometimes. We always tell him no. Of course we always laugh first... he just looks so funny trying to hump her because he's shorter than her and her gets so worked up that he just pants and pants
