 What material to use?
Our new apt has a balcony. There are rails that go all the way around. They are close enough to the floor that the girls cannot fit underneath, but the spaces between the rails are large enough for Penny's head to fit through and Riley's entire body! Riley particularly likes to lean out through the rails. It makes me nervous, and therefore I can't allow them out without supervision.
I would like to put some kind of attractive material maybe a foot high all the way around so I can allow the girls on the balcony to sun while I sit inside the door and work.
Does anyone have suggestions for something attractive and affordable?
