I agree. She doesn't sound like she cares about the puppies at all. I wouldn't buy a puppy from her. If you do, make sure you get a health guarantee, because someone like this probably didn't do the proper testing and such before breeding.
Plus, she's really young and tiny, and she'll need constant supervision and several meals a day, for several weeks, which you cannot provide. (I'm not trying to be mean, just trying to point out the flaws in this plan.)
Is she AKC registered? Or another registry?
She's a cutie, but I'd try to find a good breeder to support.
