WOW! It hasn't gotten quite that bad here, but we've had some flooding. I went today to pay my rent & it was raining really hard. When I went to get out of the car, I noticed that the water had risen to right at wheel level on the car next to me (ankle deep). Needless to say, I left & went back later to pay. I wasn't getting in that!
