papers I understand a breeder NOT giving papers at the time of the sale..I do not do this..for one reason I allow the buyer a few weeks to make sure the match is good..second, if the agreement is to spay/neuter, I want to hold papers...BUT the pet owner is shown the actual papers and I make a copy
..makes the buyer feel better if they do not know me.
Papers may not be important to many...BUT that is not the point, if the agreement was for the breeder to provide papers after spaying..and the buyer paid the asking price, fullfilled their agreement..then there is no other side of the story...
When a breeder will not answer emails or phone calls to a buyer with a justified request, then there is only one valid reason I accept..they are dead. |
