I am really sorry you are going through this. I hope that by starting this thread, the other party will indeed respond and at least give her side of the story, or explain the lack of due diligence in following her contractual agreement.

I just wanted to say, that I totally understand and agree with you. I also feel it is important to have registration papers whether or not your pet is spayed/neutured. My situation is a little different, but am still waiting for papers on my German breed Biewer, Nappy and he is almost a year old. I understand your frustration. |
