Carob Chips? (Please don't laugh!) Okay, you can laugh...everyone in my house is! I don't cook very well. Okay, I am a...uhumm...challenged chef. I have a real mess here and would appreciate some advice. With all the best intentions in the world, I tried making some carob chip/peanut butter cookies for my yorkie. Great! How hard can it be?
Well, they are coming out uncooked on top and BURNED on the bottom. It's like the carob chips are burning. Here's my question...are there different kinds of carob chips? One for baking and one for...well, not baking??
