ANYWAY...I have yet to celebrate a birthday with Luigi, since he's still only 3 months. But I have another dog at my parents house named Bella (a jack russell terrier), and for her 4th bday this year I bought her a bday cake (from a doggy store, so it's specially made for dogs), and made a homemade party hat for her. Then my family and I gathered around and we sang "Happy Bday" to her and she ate her cake. Haha. Such dog lovers, but she loved it!
You can also buy your puppy some new toys or some special treats and lots of playtime.
