If I remember correctly, when LillyBelle was spayed the vet told me wait at least 10-14 days. You dont want her to get an infection. Today is Sunday, , you could call your vets office tomorrow, but I would not submerge her in water today. Im sure she doesnt feel like having a bath after just having surgery either, could be quite painful being moved around that much.
