Michiko, I am so sorry you are in this situation and for this length of time. I know Stacy is a member here and maybe she'll see it and make it right. I hope so.
If not, you said you have a contract, so if the AKC registration is as important to you as you say, (it is to me also) then I would take legal action.
I do hope this can be resolved without it though.
