Chicken Necks Lacy (7lbs and almost 3 years old) has been eating Nature's Variety Raw medallions for a year now. We tried the beef once and fed chicken/turkey for a while but have been on venison and rabbit for the past several months. She has done great on it. I know a lot of people that feed raw like to feed raw bones as well. The main reason I haven't fed bones is because I'm afraid of the mess - the floor getting messy and her face getting nasty. I bought some chicken necks at the store tonight. I'm planning on trying to give her one tomorrow night before I bathe her. Just wondering if any of you have any advice on feeding this for the first time and any way to possibly minimize the mess? I'm also going to try to give a small piece of a neck to my cat as well as her breeder recommended them when I got her to keep her teeth clean. My cats eat a combo of raw and canned, but for the same reasons as with Lacy, just haven't tried a bone yet.
