She had just visited the groomer that day, so her hair was cut down pretty short; you might want to trim down the hair around/on the ears to avoid a painful removing of tape.
I made two triangles out of masking tape (I did 3 layers thick of tape so the triangle is stiff and supportive on the ear) and cut them down to fit her ear. After putting the sticky side of the triangle onto the front of her ear, I then took a strip of masking tape and wrapped it around her ear.
