Do you follow the directions just like you would with people. I haven't done one on myself in years (although if I buy some for Lacy I might do one on me too), but I remember the directions saying to heat the oil and apply to hair. I think it recommended wrapping your hair in plastic or something for like 5-10minutes. Then rinse and shampoo your hair. Is this what you do? Would you like wrap syran wrap around their body while the oil is on before you shampoo it out?
