its just crazy ive never seen the water up that high. its not all over town right now just certain parts.
around right there , theres a man made waterfall and the wichita falls river and its little and it always rises but it like over flowed onto the streets and up to the hotels and even the main highway which is a bridge way above
in one of the pics you can see the speed limit sign to the little side road thats under water and in some other pics you see part of a park well the big jungle gym with the big yellow slide you cant see any more. its just crazy! a man drowned and died tueday fishing when the water started to come. and its flowing into the rest of the town.
i live like a couple of mins away from here its mostly affecting downtown a whole lot where all the businesses are.
