I have to admit - I can't stand hearing dogs barking in my neighborhood - I always have visions of them in chains -
this is GRAPHIC & sickening how that OWNER LET HIS DOG GET THIS WEAK - and kept him chained -

THIS one is way worse ....and I want to take those chains and wrap them around the inhuman 'HUMANS' that did this to these poor dogs ...there was even a small YORKIE ...MAN !
