Tell them that it is unbelievable anyone would ask you to put your girl and you through the stress of breeding, whelping and raising a litter and at such a risk of death during whelping just so they can have a puppy. And that would be your answer regardless of size of your dear pet Yorkie.
They can do the research and pay a breeder to get themselves a pet just as you did to get your pet.
