i'm a vet tech and we give the whole dose no matter what size the puppy is. always have. I haven't seen a larger side effect in giving the whole dose to smaller puppies. some puppies just have reactions to the vaccines, doesn't matter what size they are.
i give my dog and cat their vaccines. its just easier. and cheaper for me
