I really believe in a weekly bath and place the shampoo in a ring around the neck first because the fleas will crawl toward the head. Leave the shampoo on a five minutes to kill the buggers. Flea comb and vacumn a lot, throw away the bag after each use.
Isn't a flea dip rather toxic to their privates areas? I would advise reading up on flea dips and the toxicity.
